MACE - the Media Archive for Central England asked Hark Pictures to produce a promo to showcase their impressive video archive.  We put together a showreel boasting some really great archive footage from across the region.  Then we added a funky soundtrack and some specially designed animated graphic plates to really set the film off.  The results can be seen above.
