We were commissioned to make an internal training film for front line managers at M&S. The film was hosted by Tim Robson and featured Head of Customer Services, Jo Moran, and Chief Executive at the Institute of Customer Service, Jo Causon. They talked at length about how M&S could improve customer services using better streamlining communication throughout their ranks.
